Privacy Policy — Color Sort Puzzle
Effective date: 2026-07-14
This privacy policy applies to the Color Sort Puzzle app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by LLC "MITT ATOM" (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a free-to-play service that contains advertisements and in-app purchases. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
How the Application Handles Data
The Application does not operate any backend servers owned or controlled by the Service Provider. The Service Provider does not collect, receive, or store any personal data on its own infrastructure. All game progress and settings are stored locally on your device (and may be included in Android system backups, as described in the Data Retention Policy section).
However, the Application embeds third-party SDKs provided by Google (Google AdMob for advertising and Google Play Billing for in-app purchases). These SDKs collect data directly from your device for their own purposes, as described below. The Service Provider does not have access to that data beyond the aggregated reports Google provides.
The Application does not gather precise location information about your mobile device.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
In-App Purchases and Payments
The Application offers in-app purchases: packs of in-game currency (gold, a consumable virtual item) and a "No Ads" option that disables regular advertisements. "No Ads" is available either as a one-time permanent purchase or as prepaid, non-renewing plans for a fixed period. Optional rewarded ads (see the Advertising section) remain available at your request even when "No Ads" is active. All financial transactions and payments are processed securely and directly through the Google Play Billing system. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or have access to your financial information, credit card numbers, or billing details. Purchase history and entitlement validation are managed by Google within your Google account.
Advertising
The Application displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, AdMob may collect data from your device, including advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), IP address, coarse device and network information, and information about your interaction with ads and the Application. This data is collected and processed by Google under its own privacy policy.
The Application does not request access to your device's location. Any approximate location used for advertising purposes is derived by Google from your IP address, not from the device's location services.
In addition to regular advertisements, the Application offers optional rewarded ads: you may choose to watch a video advertisement to the end in exchange for in-game currency (gold). Rewarded ads are shown only at your request.
Where required by your region (for example, in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), your consent to personalised or non-personalised advertising is collected through Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform), shown at the first launch of the Application.
You can manage advertising and your related choices at any time:
- To review or withdraw your consent choice, open the Application's settings (Privacy section) and choose the option that reopens the Google consent form. This option is available where the consent form is required in your region.
- To change your age answer, open the Application's settings (Privacy section) and choose the option to change your age answer. This recalculates your age category and reconfigures ad targeting accordingly.
- To reset or limit your device's advertising identifier, use your device's system settings (this is an operating-system feature, independent of the Application).
- To stop all data collection by the Application, uninstall it (see "Opt-Out Rights" below).
Third-Party Services
The Application uses the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review:
- Google Privacy Policy (covers Google Play Services and Google Play Billing)
- Google AdMob Privacy & Terms
Legal Disclosure
To the extent the Service Provider receives any user information (for example, from a support request you send by email), the Service Provider may disclose such information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
- when the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
Since the Application operates without a cloud backend, all game progress and purchase validation histories are stored locally on your device or managed securely within your Google Play account.
Your device may also include the Application's local data in Android system backups and device-to-device transfers. Such backups are stored in your personal Google account, are protected and processed under Google's privacy policy, and are not accessible to the Service Provider. You can disable Android backups in your device's system settings.
The Service Provider does not store your personal data on external servers. If you wish to delete your local data, you can do so by clearing the Application's data in your device's system settings or by uninstalling the app from your device.
Children's Privacy
The Application is not directed at or targeted to children. However, because a general-audience game may in practice be played by minors, the Application applies protective measures as required by COPPA and GDPR-K.
On first launch, the Application presents a Neutral Age Screen. The Application stores only the derived age category — not the age you entered. Based on that category:
- For users under 13, ad requests to Google AdMob are tagged for child-directed treatment: only non-personalised advertising is requested, and the ad content rating is restricted to the most restrictive level.
- For users under the applicable age of digital consent in their region, ad requests are tagged as under the age of consent: only non-personalised advertising is requested, with a restricted ad content rating.
- For all such users, we do not collect or request any personally identifiable information and do not enable behavioural tracking or interest-based advertising.
You can change your age answer at any time in the Application's settings (see the Advertising section above).
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has somehow provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at info@mittatom.com, and we will take immediate steps to remove such data.
Security
Because the Application does not transmit data to servers operated by the Service Provider, there is no user data held by the Service Provider that could be exposed by a breach on our side. All Application data is stored locally on your device, and its security depends on the security of your device and your Google account. Data handled by Google AdMob and Google Play Billing is protected by Google's own security measures, as described in their respective policies.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-07-14.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
